I’ve had more wins and gains in the last 3 months at Narconon Africa than anywhere else in the past 4 years of my life. Doing the Ups and Downs in Life Course has been an eye-opener. I realized that some people in my life are not as bad as I thought, and others are not as good.

I have completed my New Life Sauna Detox and am beginning my objectives programme. My sleeping routine has improved greatly; I can now easily sleep 8–10 hours with little to no interruption. My appetite has also stabilised, and I eat well on a regular basis.

Completing the programme at Narconon Africa 9 months ago marked the turning point in my life. Choosing to live drug-free allowed me to rebuild stability, restore relationships and rebuild a future I value deeply. Since then, my confidence and direction have returned.

(at this point not having my notes or book, I know exactly what promises and actions I wrote down) I have confronted every person, apologized sincerely for my mistakes, I have worked hard to gain trust, and I have given back to people in abundance, not expecting anything in return!

I cannot thank Narconon Africa enough. I have been to other rehabs before, but there is no rehabilitation program like Narconon. The care, the structure, the life skills – they changed everything for me. Now I'm rebuilding my life. I am doing things with my family again. I have my kids back. I have my future back. I never imagined the sauna could do this for me. It removes so many toxins from my body – but when I come out I feel incredible comfort and peace. It is a strange and wonderful happiness. Completely natural. I don't need drugs anymore, this feeling is enough.
