The New Life Detoxification Step with the Sauna was Excellent

The Narconon Africa program has brought me back to life! I was in poor shape both physically and mentally when I arrived. Years' worth of alcohol abuse had taken its toll. I had become so addicted that I wasn't able to stop on my own without experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms. The withdrawal step of the Narconon Africa program was amazingly smooth and painless. I was quite surprised, The New Life Detoxification step with the sauna was excellent, it eliminated all my cravings and increased my alertness. It also significantly lowered my high blood pressure, which I've had for more than 36 years. I was able to reduce my medications because of it.

My Memory increased; I No Longer Forget Things Like I Used To

On the Objectives (unique exercises that help bring a person’s attention off the past and into the present) the communication drills have increased my ability to comfortably be there with others and improve my listening skills. I got much more willing to talk to others, which has come in very handy whenever I get others to voice their testimonials on video. Objectives were amazing and resulted in increased awareness and perceptions of present time, in whatever environment I find myself in. My memory has increased. I no longer forget things like I often used to. I also noticed physical and mental authomatic behaviours that I was able to get rid of, thus increasing my ability to be cause and have better control over my own mind and body.

I’m Feeling More Energetic and Needing Less Sleep

I often get comments from others that they find it hard to believe that I am 66. After getting rid of all the alcohol in my system, I lost almost 12 kg, which is a welcome change, except that now I have to get rid of all my pairs of pants!

The life improvement courses were insightful, relieving, and have given me the directions I'll be taking to further straighten out my life and prosper. Confronting the harmful things I've done in the past, to myself and others, has put me in a position to face my future and make right decisions to get to where I want to go in all aspects of my life. It has sharpened my skills in being able to recognise those I need to associate with and those to avoid.
