I am very happy to have completed the Narconon Africa program. This is the longest I have been sober for 9 years, and it feels very good. I feel present and like a heavy weight has been lifted off my shoulder. I really do feel like this program has given me a second chance to live my life right and I am extraordinarily grateful for that.

By doing this program my ability to confront people and communicate has been heightened significantly and it has taught how to persist through problems to reach my goals and how to get along and work with all kinds of people. Here, I learnt how to focus on the positives and how to make the most out of a situation, even in moments where it feels like things are just not going right or according to plan. I have learnt patience and gained the ability to relax and be productive without the need for alcohol.

“It is very nice to be happy and know that it is real happiness, not drugs or alcohol induced.”

It is very nice to be happy and know that it is real happiness, not drugs or alcohol induced. I am very excited to start creating my life outside of Narconon Africa and see where my plans will take me.
